Whereabouts Of Low Level 3 And 4 Loot Chests? You Know Morph Level

I have spent too much time punching zombies on the Emerald Trail and not enough exploring. I know there are 3/4 (maybe just 3?) loot chests in low level areas, because there are low level rings that have too have been harvested somewhere.
The lowest I know are the 3 in the Lord of the Clock tower and the ones in the mines under the ocelot plains. Those are much too high, I mean there has to be one that gives items in the teens at least.

Go out deltas west exit. A little past the orchards, there is a cave to your right with a tier I and III

 

there is one in the pigman ravines. its on the upper level across a bridge

Think theres a 4 somewhere in the abandoned mines, can be lame though

 

There is a chain in a tower base on the Nesaak side of Detlas.

Llegivar grinding spot has a tier 4 a bunch of tier 3s and a few tier 2s if you go in all the caves and on the towers
You don't have to go far and you can get a bunch of stuff lvl 40 (Morph iron lvl) Also great for money grinds

 

Here are some locations that I know of:

- On the way to Detlas, near the orchards, there will be a cave. Go in it and you will see a Tier 1 chest, but continue going down it and look in the "prison cage". There should be a Tier 3 chest there.

- There is a tower ruin near the river that has an underground tunnel. If you go in the tunnel and reach the end, there will be a Tier 3 chest there (multiple Morph-Topaz rings have been found there).

- If you go past the town ruins (going towards the Lord of the Clock tower), there should be a tower that is slightly in ruins. Venture up the staircase and enter the tower. You will descend underground. Continue following the path until you find a mini-boss named "Jumble". Kill Jumble and pick up the Tortured Souls. Throw the souls into a hopper carpet and the iron door nearby will open. Go in it and you will find a Tier 4 chest.

- Go to the Pigman Ravines and climb up the side of the ravine. Continue climbing up until you reach a small camp. In the tent to the left, there should be a Tier 3 chest there.

Those are the 4 chests I know exist near low level areas. Some of those have already been mentioned, but I added additional directions so you know how to find the chest.
