Found Some Strange Boots Already Identified

So i was doing usual quests and that when i found a tier 3 chest, i opened it and got some stuff,
The main thing were these
the Ancient Scout Shoes.
I checked them out, they were a level 10 unique (i was level 33) and really weirded out by them because they were already id'ed, so i thought i was weird
What are these boots and how much would they sell for?

 

You probably got lucky by a bug, the boots are just normal unique boots and probably will only sell to an item buyer because they have no identifications
