Question About Spell Damage Id

As multihit has 11 hits and arrow storm has 60 hits, does the spell damage apply to each of the hits? or the whole spell?

 

If you are asking about % spell damage, it doesn't matter.
If you are asking about raw spell damage I have no idea

If its an increase of 5% (times 1.05) it doesn't matter if you apply it to each hit separately or to the total damage at once.

 

Ax, raw spell is per hit on the multihit. I switched my build today and melt defensive people in seconds. Im also pretty sure only 20 arrows on storm can ever hit, but its the same deal

Also, marble rings/nebulous will give you lots of raw spell as well as elemental defense
