    The thing has a 13% max walkspeed for a reason. It is a mr and reflection item, but for people who care about both speed and mana, yes walkspeed matters.

    Nothing in the game is designed for a single attribute. If I like speed, and I also like mana, I would want a crystal with both decent walkspeed and mana.
    "Why did they make those other ws leggings?" I don't quite get the question there. I assume because they're different. They have better walkspeed and worse mana regen.
