    Recently, Ragni Mobs have not been dropping glass bottles, and I found why. If you go to the area with the item buyers, weapon merchants, and identifier, in almuj, there is a tunnel in one of the booths (it is not enclosed) if you enter, you will find enchanted bottle mobs. Kill one, and you got a glass bottle! Now continue on your quest and have fun.

    Before this was added, I went all the way down to Ragni for quick glass bottle drops because of my underpowered wand. Thanks, mods!

    You should add that the enchanted potions are in Almuj, your post doesn't mention where they are.

    BUT i cant get glass bottles from them, they just drop water bottles
