Nii Runes And A Little Analysis

Everybody knows (or should know) that Nii runes were added in the gameplay update and that they can be used to craft corrupted dungeon keys. However, I found out that Nii is Moo one key to the left on a standard English keyboard. What does that mean? One of two things: Either Salted (the cow) wants love or that he's becoming corrupted.

Alright, a few days ago while walking around near Eltom, I found a cave with a small living area in the side of a mountain. It can be accessed by walking up a bridge-staircase hybrid or swimming up the waterfall that covers up a hole near an old gnome house. It had five signs in it, presumably talking about 5 characters in Wynncraft. The cave's waterfall entrance is around X = 720 Y = 73 Z = -5230.

The first one says: "The First shall be the noblest, scholar and soldier both."
This could be Ragnar, the "hero" mentioned by some quest NPCs like a detlas citizen or an ragni outskirt citizen.

The second one says: "The Second (new line) A natural leader of men. None shall achieve greater fame than he."
This is probably Siegfried, with all the Siegfried merchants in Gavel endgame towns like Ahmsord or Cinfras.
Even Bob didn't get this much fame.

The third one says: "The third shall be the greatest warlord known to history."
The third "one" is very likely Qira, as it is known that she had an army and great military strength.

The fourth one says: "The fourth is a great obsessor... seeking only glory. But glory is a lie."
I am almost 100% sure that this is Bob. In Reincarnation, he states that he "traveled too far, mined too deep, and challenged what should not be challenged." Supposedly, Bob was mortally injured while fighting a beast near the dernel jungle (likely CoW[Salted again with the love and corruption]). He died soon after, but not without trusting his animals.

The fifth and final one says: "The fifth shall face the greatest test...and decide if all shall live or die."
This could also be Qira, as in the Hive Quest Yansur says that Qira could have stopped the decay in Gavel, but she chose to militarize instead (Why in the world would she do that?).

All of the things in this thread are only theories, and if you have proof that it is or is otherwise please put it in the comments. With that, happy labor day weekend.

The signs may also be referring to the Twains.
The first is Marius twain (Lusuco's hidden library, Ch II: "However, Marius twain, an immensely OLD WISE WARLOCK...". This makes Marius very easily comparable to "the noblest, scholar and soldier both."

The second is probably Rickeo. His element was fire. "A natural leader of men" is associated with the fire element, especially because of the new powder passive and active effects that the fire powder gives.

The third "shall be the greatest warlock known to history." I have no idea which one this may be. Theorick, with the power of ice, threatened to freeze Mael's soul because of his reluctance to follow the others' path. Dwendle used air, but there is not much lore about him. Again, Qira looks more likely here.

The fourth "is a great obsessor... seeking only glory. But glory is a lie." There is no more lore to be analyzed about the Twain children that vaguely represents the fourth character, but it may be Bob or Siegfried.

The fifth is very obviously Mael, as it is stated in the later chapters of the twain library that he threw away the chance to end all evil. Instead, he went his own way and when the others died, the Twain Manor was left a dark place. (In the cave with the signs, I'm pretty sure there was blood and a skelly head under the fifth sign, so I'm actually more convinced they were talking about the Twains.)

 

Those 5 signs are based off of a book.

 

Those signs are a reference to a book, not lore, it's been found before. Also Siegfried is probably a fraud.

 

This is pretty interesting... Every time I've seen this, people say its about the classes (Mage, Warrior, Archer, Assassin), but this makes a lot more sense!

 

This was found a long time ago, but nice speculation!

 

The fifth could be player as the player makes many choices throughout the game and has faced quite a bit.

Actually I think that Bob is the natural leader and Siegfried is the seeker of glory; as Bob is known in both Wynn AND Gavel, and Siegfried is more then likely a fraud, hence the "Glory is a lie" part

 

Even though this is purely a reference to a book I like how you people are relating it to characters.

Probably a fraud??? He is 101% a fraud. He tells stories to people with no proof and they believe him. I blame the dumb ahmsord citizens.( I mean the walk off the islands into the void for crying out loud! Of course they fall for a dumb truck)
