Discussion Let's Solve This

All right, so we now have three new clues...

The red meteor (Nohno's) gives the message:
"the forgotten scientist requested a utensil"

The blue meteor (Yahya's) gives the message:
"the madman's favorite food lies in a place of changing perspective"

The yellow meteor (Mehme's) gives the message:
"on the island of insanity lies the jewel of the eye"

And the computer gives the message:
"Bring the keys to where madman dwells"

This actually seems to be pretty straight forward.
We know that there's a tunnel under Yahya's house, and we know that there's a hopper.
"Bring the keys to where the madman dwells"

We also have three clues, one from each meteor. I believe that in each of these three locations, there will be an item. When we take those to Yahya's house and throw them in the hopper, we will gain access to the tunnel, eventually reaching another NPC which will "upgrade" our permissions, allowing us to go into the room under the white meteor.
Chances are, we will then receive another "upgrade" which will allow us to use the 4 pressure plates.

Now, time for the riddles....

"The forgotten scientist requested a utensil".
Almost certainly the spoon. That's pretty straight forward.

"On the island of insanity lies the jewel of the eye".
I say we should check Skiens island. Unless I'm forgetting something, this is the one island with a history of insanity.

"the madman's favorite food lies in a place of changing perspective"
No clue about this one, but it may be somewhere in the place from Shattered Minds? Considering that the spoon is in a quest, this shouldn't be too far of a quest.
EDIT: I saw a suggestion of "The Bigger Picture". That may also work.

 

I am pretty sure it is something witj the bigger picture.

Old mans Food = mushrooms
place of changing Perspective= gettIng bigger and Smaller
where the madman dwells = the dwarf

When you get teleported to the room, you're given garbled messages. Checking the chat log allows you to see the message.

There's the mushroom painting on skiens

this is easy the madmans favorite food. yahyas favorite food is mushrooms and in a place on changing perspectives is in the canyon of the lost. it might be the mushroom behind the mayors house in thesead.

 

Could also be Shattered Minds when you get high on mushrooms

 

Try every mushroom you find, the others are the problem.

what about the talking mushroom? someone said that yayha's hopper opens with 3 untradable items, the black spoon, talking mushroom, and something else.

also , good idea. Its the only Observatory that has not been used

 

Probably just a troll. Someone did manage to get under, but the talking mushroom is probably just an easter egg.

 

Where do these clues come from exactly?

-> deffinetly the black spoon since Yahya even talks about one

The 2nd one
"the madman's favorite food lies in a place of changing perspective"
-> This is the hardest one of the three riddles.

Some say it's the talking Mushroom in sky islands
Others say it's a lime green Shroom in the Shattered Mind's realm
And others say its the strange Mushromm behind the house of the Major in thesead

The 3rd one
"on the island of insanity lies the jewel of the eye"
-> This one is, I'm not very sure about this, but it could be the paint from Skiens Island. The Painting is a Map with a big Mushroom on it.
That would fit with Yahyas Mushromm Theme.

There are no other hints or ideas for this one.
