    What happens after the % damage of all powders exceed 100% on a weapon? Will it still add % of the neutral into elemental dmg?

    the % damage from powders changes said percent of neutral damage to its elemental damage, in addition to the elemental damage it already adds, so with no neutral damage, nothing to convert

    No I mean when you add 4 or more orders making the convert precentage higher than 100%. Will it still add more elemental dmg in addition to the flat elemental damage from the powders?
