Archer/Hunter Help Creating A Build To Suite..

Greetings and Salutations my good Sir's and Madam's. How do you do? I'm looking to create a special build that is based on strength, mana regen, and dodge. See, I use the bomb spell a lot, and it costs a ... lot... of mana.
My armor is pish, I just recently came back from before gavel, so my armor, weapons and what not is gone. My skills are all 25, and I have no clue what these accessories are..
So, I'd like your opinions on what I should do? What's a proper build in your eyes for my mumbles of what not.?

Level 51? You don't need a big build yet. Just stick with any armor you find that is better than the ones you currently bave, and so on. When you reach level 55, use Olux's Prized Bow and Infinity

While I agree not to work at builds at this level you can start to have your skill points lean into your endgame element/elements. If you want higher mana, I'd go with intelligence

for the skill points we'll need:
40 00 40 0 20 Which does mean when killing mobs its VERY IMPORTANT TO STAY OUT OF RANGE

Weapons:
Olux's Prized Bow (Complete Shadow Of The Beast first)
Nemract's Range w/ 5/4s 25% Spell Dmg
Vile at Lv62 (35% Earth dmg and 850 Poison)

Helmet:
3/4s Mana Regen Vension and maybe with 10% Melee damage

Chestplate:
Nemract's ruin with 15% Spell Damage

Leggings:
Winter's Essence with 3/4s Mana Regen

Boots:
Ice Climbing Boots
and Stalagmites at Lv67 (33% Earth damage :o)

Accessories:

Ring #1:
Concentration

Ring #2:
Lake

Bracelet:
Ra with 20 Health Regen

Necklace:
Willpower
