Media Wind Prison Not Working! (repost)

Hello guys.

Today I finally have gotten two tier 6 air powders on my freedom.
But, when I try to use wind prison, it levitates them, and I hit it again, and then it just drops to the ground with no knockback. I don't know if I am doing it wrong or if this is a bug. I am an archer as class. To be clear, I hit the mob why it is levitating. Please tell me if there is something wrong or when this might be fixed.
