    Change the starting bid to 10LE, average price it will sell for is around 18-20LE, not 64.

    It's +6% spell which is almost minimum(if not minimum) and the -15% melee damage sucks too... Good thing you have the manna regen otherwise it would be utter shit... Change the starting bid to like 20 le
