There is no refund policy in Wynncraft, so i don't think you can get it back. At least in my knowledge.

Anyway, you can't get your wand back. You can, however, ask for donations or buy a better wand. If you don't want to do either, you can buy yourself a mediocre wand at most towns and go out and get a better one yourself.
