Loosing Some Items Even Though I Still Have Soul Points

So I was trying to get to Rymec when I escape spelled and was thrown back into the air without the no fall damage, so when I hit the ground I took tons of fall damage and was almost dead I escape spelled again and was hit by a dead cowboy I lost some high lvl gear like my stalagmites and my ancient treasure (which I'm super salty about) and some powders. anything the admins or the magical people of the Wynn forums can do or anything I can do to get my gear back?

 

They changed how the soul point system works, and wynn has a very strict no refund policy :/

 

i was still at two soul points though and iv seen other threads where people loose everything

thats the problem you can loose id items when you get very low on sp you can check what percentage of stuff you loose by hovering of the sp in your inv

 

You don't use anything of value (aka items) until you're at 5sp. You will still have a chance of losing things if you have any amount of soul points. Horses will never drop.
