Need Help With Leaving My Guild.

So for some time I've been lagging a LOT for NO reason and when I looked into my game output console I noticed the boss bar is causing Fatal Errors. I thought it may be from guilds so I tried leaving mine but I cant... I left twice and lost the soul points and I've been kicked 10+ times. Ik why its caused: because i changed my name while I was in a guild. I get all msgs from guilds doubled etc.
Is there ANY way a staff member could remove me from the guild?

no can do, if they do it for one of us they'll have to do it for all of us, Impa Tna and Fuq have been glitched for around a year now.

 

the thing is i barely can play cuz of it.....

 

even without being in a guild youll still have the boss bar up top because of territories

 

one person cant even play at all bc the class screen isnt showing up and the admins don't do anything about it
