Assassin/Ninja Help Chakram Build?

Thunderous Step was buffed.

Alright i'll have to try to get a pair now since I didn't think it was worth it pre-update.

At lvl 83 I think I used Spectre, Millennium, Crystal and Thunderous Step with a double Suppression, Lazarus' Brace and a Royal Cyclone amulet. Get yourself 30 intelligence, and then get about equal dexterity+agility. This build should give you very nice PvE. It has easily enough mana regen, super strong spell damage and good health regen. Later you can replace your boots with Steamjet Walkers, and chestplate with a Booster Plate if you wanna go faaaaaaast. I used this build with an Archangel, but recently changed the skills to be 20 dex to use steamjets, but then maxed out agility and intelligence. I am also replacing my mana regen rings with raging wind+stratus and get my mana regen from 3rdEye (and later Memento, then I dont need dex at all).
