Alright so, a few months back I made a quest, purely for fun. I had no intentions of this quest getting into the game or anything of the like. Now, with the Gameplay update, there's a new quest. I'm sure you've all done it. It's called...

My quest is called

Caved In

Let's examine the similarities and differences.

Similarities
​

• Suddenly, you begin to feel very dizzy (TCC)
• You cough and splutter as dust flies all around you (CI)

> They are both based in a cave, and having to help someone within the cave.
> They are both based off the dangers of mining.
> Escaping the cave is in both, Caved In is more 'deadly' so to say.

Differences
​

>You have to obtain three items beforehand. [CI]
> It is in Thesead, not Dogovi [TCC]
> Gas leak, not rockslide or whatever.

Conclusion.

I am not throwing shade at the GM(s) who made this, I am just pointing out the similarities and differences between the two. I haven't actually yet done the quest, so if there is some parkour/puzzle to escape the cave then please feel free to correct me. I am not annoyed if the GM(s) who made this quest had taken inspiration from me, I would just like them to clarify if they have done so. Thank you for your time and for reading this.

Where did this come from and what does it mean


Also, this is similar to claiming your suggestion has been added, even though they had the idea first. A cave-in quest is something even I thought of once.

 

It's supposed to say 'Bank best Game Master' In vietnamese, but I guess i failed.

And I understand what you mean, it does sound like I'm claiming it's made it in. But I hope you understand where I'm coming from; too.

 

Don't worry, I do; I've had a similar experience occur, best to just not worry about it. Plus, if they did take inspiration from it, then that just means it's that good of a quest.

Meh I guess some suggestions are considered, and the good parts are incorporated into the vision of a quest that they originally had.
I bet there has been other suggestions that deal with caves and stuff.
So maybe the quest is a mixture of suggestions and the staff's vision of the quest
