??? Bug: Necklace Dissipeared ;-;

So, I first logged on, and i was wearing my altium spatium. I then clicked on it and it said (You can not wear this until you complete ??? and it just dissipeared, please tell me its in /quest fix. If its gone i would like a new exact replica spawned in for me, mine had ref 11 and something else 11

 

its untradable, which means its gone forever.
