Clue Yet Another Pressure Plate

I've been trying to figure out how to do ??? like everyone else on the forums, and like many other people,
I thought there would be something in the ocean.

So I decided to check out these islands at -851 -2862
the biggest island with a house has a pressure plate on the top floor. When stepped on, the pressure plate gives a small emerald effect and dings.

I'm still exploring this island, so I might find more stuff and I have no clue if this has
to do with ???

But remember...
Behind the one who watches the the Blue...

Also I think I might have seen a quest npc underground
but it was probably just a zombie



P.S. there is a cave on the big island with the house

 

Watches the blue im almost positive is Gylia Watch. Still not sure whether it is ??? related

 

The emerald effect is there to show vines which spawns close to you when you step on the pressure plate. When it spawns, you can climb up the vines to find a loot chest III. So as far as I know... this is not connected to the ??? quest.

 

I literally just checked there. The sound happens when vines spawn in, and you can climb the mto get to a t3 chest

 

The pressure plate leads to a tier 3 loot chest

 

But you know, they never do

 

I dun get it

 

according to the quest Gyalia watchers don't really do their job
