Guild Bugs

Might be in the wrong section here:

A few major glitches with guilds which you probably all know about but anyways:

First off, the territories around Llevingar are extremely bugged. It constantly allows me to /guild attack and instantly claim them, and then they disappear as soon as I buy defenders.

Secondly, I can't seem to attack anything- whenever the countdown ends (I'm standin in the territory) nothing happens and when I try to start another attack it tells me we're already in a battle.

Any fixes? Surely not all of you experiance these bugs.
