[bug] Green Relic Iv

Nope, not showing the location :P

So the green powder IV relic drops green powder III instead of IV.

Not a bug, the higher tier relics just give a CHANCE to give you higher tier powders.

I've gotten tier 2 thunder powder from the tier 6 thunder relic every time I tried it...

Nah, I won't spoil myself, and if in any point I surrender about searching something I ask for clues, for example, which region in Gavel/Wynn etc.

 

Same with air. However, I got 6 tier IV from the water relic.
