    I can't seem to find the key guardian for the dungeon.Does anyone know where the guardian spawns or where can I get it?

    The water dungeon hasn't been completed. The only dungeons you can do are the 7 from before this update.
    Unless you mean the Ocean Dungeon/Galleon's Graveyard. In that case, all dungeon keys are found from mobs at the same level. I've heard that they can be found in the Kander Forest/Dark Forest.
