@Wiley_Fox made a thread about this, but it got deleted because it had screenshots of a hacked client in it. He might have deleted it because it could have contained proof that he was hacking, but who knows... just don't derail this thread about hacking. In case you don't know, Touroto's are those cows outside of Cinfras. According to @Selvut283 , they don't always drop from them.

 

Not only that they sometimes don't drop but they also have super huge elemental defense.
