1678xp Per Kill!!

    So I was doing the "Lost Royalty" quest and I went to the temple in the jungle (-502 -892). Inside there were lvl 68 Temple Guardians, who dropped 1678xp per kill. Spawn rate was fairly quick. Fairly low HP, I killed them with 2 arrow bombs and a few shots. This seems quite high! I know that most mobs got the xp increase in the update but this is insane!!
