   What's the best place to kill monsters and get powders? (nearly level 80 mage btw)
   
   Also, do you get the same amount of powders if you kill significantly lower level monsters? If not, I guess this question doesn't really have an answer.

   70-80 your best bet is probably still ToL
   And if you want a lot of powders grind or loot run chests and relics
