2- Do not pay me items unless it is armor, or a wand. {And I have to say if its good enough.}
3- If someone takes it before you than dont cry.
4- No take-backs.
5- If more than 2 people want it than both of them will bid on it in chat.
6- Depending on which class you are, prices may be higher or lower. {This is because certain items are better for certain classes.}
