    I don't know if I am in the good section. Sorry if not... :(

    I have a problem with the new Underice quest. I got the bait called "Legendary shallow diver" but I don't know how to use it and where I have to use it. I tried around Nesaak but nothing.

    Throw it in the water near the NPC that tells you about the bait, near the nets.

    after that once you see the pufferfish kill it as soon as possible to get the drop, otherwise you have to go get the bait again

    Or wait until it's not above the hoppers, that might work even better.
