    So I'm a total noob, and I was wondering if you could buy dungeon keys anymore, if so, where can I?

    No. You can only obtain them in certain ways, like from the SeaSkipper and mobs.

    If you have the old dungeon keys, then you can exchange them for the new ones at their old buy prices opposite the bank in Detlas. However, if not, you cannot buy them anymore. You must take them from 'Key Guardians' who spawn near their associated dungeon.
