Too Many People Reaching Level 100

When I started playing in March, I never saw someone reach 100 until July (and I frequently played on Wynncraft.) Now, I saw at least 4 people reaching level 100 in the same day. I don't know why so many people are reaching level 100, but I think it has to do with the update. I don't think so many people should be reaching 100.

 

The first level 100 was in december...

Plus, as more people get better builds and as new quests are released, of course they'll get to 100 faster. How is that an issue?

 

It's almost like the update added quests beyond level 90 and buffed the xp the mobs from 90+ areas give...

 

That's probably because salted didn't fix the dxp/xp bonus working on quests and just buffed them.

 

Why? 100 isn't really supposed to be special, you just finished the game, that's all it means.
Now the real thing that's special is level 101.

 

I think he means the thing that pops up right when someone reaches either 100 and 101.

 

Its because they increased quest xp but forgot to make it so xp gear and dxp didn't work for quests.

I'd like to point out that it was just like this before but there are less of them, everybody used to have at least like one 75, I personally deleted 3 when gavel came out, level 100 still takes way longer to reach.

Actually, I think it's fine.

Even though people reaching level a 100 or even 101 pisses me off (triggered xDDDD), it's amazing that these people have such perseverance and dedication to reach that high of a milestone. Look, I am sitting here, being a 87. The new update and the new morph-set along with the capability to re-ID items really puts you at an advantage; imagine all the XP you get, since grinding is easier than ever

 

I bet on increasing level cap at one point.

This is caused because a lot of new quests were added and a lot of people were already close to level 100 on a class therefore these new quests were able to push them up the last few levels they needed.
Obviously it is now easier to level due to double xp on quests and a lot more xp gained from mobs but wynncraft should t be about endless grinding so honestly it's fine

 

That's the end goal.

...why would we stop people from leveling up? you don't have to congratulate everyone

 

Honestly I think grinding is so annoying and hard what you are seeing is the rich kids with max xp gear and super long grinding hours with tons of people to get to 100 fast. I have been at 95 did the corrupted skeleton dungeon 6 times and only get 2 bars so don't worry its still a challenge.
