Where Is The Ghostly Cap Merchant?

    I'm going through the House of Twain quest right now and I cannot find the Armour Merchant for the Ghost Cap needed to get into the graveyard. Is there no merchant anymore after the update?

    I've checked there and I still can't find it. The only staircase I can find is up to the 3rd floor. There's no sign of him anywhere.

    I'm pretty sure the only way to get it now is killing mobs

    Urg. I hate grinding for items in this game. So tedious. But thanks for saying.

    You don't grind for it. You kill 3 specific enemies, of which two I'm currently trying to find, and... do something with their drops to get a ghostly cap.
