    This is the first Gavel altar found. (i think)
    Its called Plague Laboratory

    There are some item frames with some items we may need to summon the boss.

    Coords
    x -1833 y 46 z -5263
    Its under the house.

    Technically depending on where this one is located ( looks like somewhere near Olux or the swamp ( Golem factory? ) this would be the first in Gavel we've found geographically
