Different The Hidden City Bug. (not The Puzzle)

So, I know that the hidden city is broken, but I also found different bug. For me, Lumilda just says "Ah, It's always nice to see a new face around here", which I'm 99% sure is what she's supposed to say before the quest, I have been told by players that she is supposed to tell you exactly where to go. Luckily, someone told me she says to go to the east end of the town, (However, I can't actually find anything there), where the bugged puzzle is. So, the quest is still doable with this bug, and it isn't happening to everyone (as far as I know, it might just be me :P), but it would still be good to try to get it fixed.

What does your Book say?

 

It says "head to (coords) to find the human town." btw, all the other citizen npc r saying what they'r supposed to.

 

I think ik what's going on. I entered Elton via /kill, so the command blocks that are supposed to update my quest book, telling me to find out what's going on in Eltom, and activate lumilda to change what she says, didn't activate, they do when you pass the enterance to Eltom. however I'm not entirely sure where that is... I always used to use the way that is now blocked up in the update... I'm sure I can find it soon though.
