T2 - T4 Powders From Relic 6's?

Hello guys

I was just wondering why I only get tier like 2-4 on a tier 6 relic. My friends from my guild get tier 6 from the tier 6 relic, but I only get tiers 2 - 4. Any explanations?

 

Relics don't have a 100% chance of giving their powder, and can give powders below their level.

 

but how come I have never gotten a powder above tier 4 and my friend got tier 6 every time

It's pretty random, as far as I'm aware. I also still have yet to get a Tier 6 powder from a Tier 6 relic. I honestly think that relics should only have a chance to give a powder 3 tiers below the one it's supposed to give, just to make it worth more to actually spend time trying to get to these Tier 6 and Tier 5 relics. It's annoying getting a tier 2 relic most of the time from a tier 6 relic.

 

agreed. I havent even gotten a tier 5! I mean cmon
