Abandoned Quest.... Or ???

Back around the time that Gavel was first released, I remember trying to find ??? with a group.
While we were eventually successful (some of us, at least), we had started in Dogovi, and something mysterious kept us there for a very long time.

You see, around Dogovi mansion, there are some rather... interesting things. I don't remember the location of everything, so the locations may not be exact. Just keep that in mind.

Start by going to Dogovi mansion, then face away so that you are looking at the roofs.
As a Mage (Archer and Warrior may work, as well), teleport over to one of the nearby roofs.
Once on the roof, look around for a pressure plate (this is the one thing I never saw myself, due to me using an Assassin. I believe the pressure plate is wooden). Throw an emerald on the plate.


Go back to Dogovi mansion. One of the lamps should be lit up, and there should be a stone pressure plate below it. Have someone stand on it.

Now the second lamp is lit up, and there is another pressure plate. Having someone stand on that should trigger a trail of rainbow particles that lead up the path a bit, ending at a stone pressure plate on the wall (can be stood on).

We never found anything past this; maybe it now has some purpose?

Additionally, if you follow the path, you should reach a house with lava. Going behind the lava reveals a secret room.

EDIT: There is also a secret hopper, high in a tower of one of the houses. It has a black carpet over it, as I recall.
