SPOILER New Mob - The Suspicious Crates

With the gameplay update, new mobs and stuff were added. Now, there's an entity that made me curious :

The suspicious crate
Here is the actual mob :

It looks like a beacon. Break it, and you might get the following :
-An agressive mob (Magic mimic, def to all elements)
-Emerald blocks

This level 85 gives 4 EB. Crates gives X emeralds for their level.

The mob doesn't deal much damage, he's just pretty fast and hard to kill.
I find this really interesting, as it's a little, fun and helpful way for not rich players to get money. You'll come accross these while doing your loot run, and they seem to spawn pretty much everywhere from lvl 70 areas (to confirm) to lvl 100 areas.

-Dark forest
-Canyon of the Lost
-Sky islands
-Near Cinfras
-Kander Forest
-Llevigar
-Everywhere in Gavel ???

CRATES MONEY REWARD :
Lvl 40 : 1EB
Lvl 70 : 2EB
Lvl 80 : 3EB 32E
Lvl 85: 4EB
Lvl 90: 5EB

 

It sometimes give 2 EB
And IF u don't deal enough DMG to kill it , it runs away and don't give u EB , as I tested

 

Wait, what ? It's just a crate that doesn't move, he can't run away, unless you're talking about the mimic, because the mimic drops nothing

 

Lol I have attacked it with my fist in rodoroc , it turned hostile , attacked me and run away xD

Oh well, sometimes mobs have a weird behavior xD it's like the nii guardian in rodoroc that always end up in lava

they also spawn in the canyon of the lost and inbewteen eltom and thesead

tfw escorting seluc back to the air temple and one of those spawn, i didn't know they were mimics ;-;

 

But you can get money from them, so it's worth it ^-^

 

I remember seeing one on wybel island

 

And the wybel island is in sky islands, right ? lemme add that :3

 

They also spawn near Cinfras and in Kander Forest

 

I found one in Llevigar

looks like they can spawn everywhere in gavel then

 

Pretty sure it's always 85

 

Level 40 I think, I don't remember too well. It gave me 1 EB tho

 

naah, the one i found in dark forest was 70, it looks like it changes with the reward you can get (the lvl 70 one gives 2EB instead of 4)

 

In Kander it was 85 for me

 

Mmm weird, idk then, maybe the lvl 85 crate can spawn here too
