Why Won't Some Of My Powders Stack?

    So I'm currently having an issue that lots of my powders don't stack together, but it's strange, as some of my water 1 powders will stack with other water 1 powders, but other ones don't. Is it possibly that I'm trying to stack old and new powders together, (although I don't know if I am trying to do that) or is it a glitch?

    It happens to me sometimes. (And before the update) Try relogging

    I think it was something to do with the fact that the powders from the Enzan's Brother's quest won't stack with other powders.
