    A. What items are used to make the corrupted dungeon keys, and where is the forgery?

    B. What items are needed to acess the Arena of Legends boss altar?

    The Forgery is at -860 -4926 and I had some Guardians spawn near it that dropped Nii runes

    The Forgery is at that exact spot which is in the middle of the light forest, no idea where Guardians spawn other then there.

    If you still need the info the Arena of Legends needs 5 Broken Medallions (I think that's what they're called) and they're obtained by killing Trainers.
