Archer/Hunter Help Maelstrom Build

Can some help me with a good build with the Maelstrom weapon, I'm a lvl 70
Also, if any1 is selling armor/accessories for this build, pls give me the link but first tell me what item

 

Blue mask, millennium, crystal, Sodetas boots

Intel/dex/agi Based on preferences (elements that maelstrom does)

 

I forgot helmet but I'm gonna say ... here's a build:

Spectre (Spell dmg)
Millennium (Spell dmg also) can be swapped with Adamantite or Andesite Aegis if health is priority
Crystal (Reflection + Mana Regen)
Passus Lux (^^)

Acessories: I'm not sure how badly these will be buffed after the update but full jester set for the +300 Spell Damage
