Question!

We were told that the update comes out in August, is this still true. And if not it better be out before 5th of Sep or I will literally kill a man, or women, or both, or neither. :)

 

Lotem is on a vacation so that could possibly delay it. Also there are lots of bugs in the beta that are needed to be fixed.

You seem new here, just cause of that caps. One thing you need to know: SOON means atleast 2 years and the release dates are just the date that they WOULD LIKE TO WANT to release it, not the actual release date

 

Wait until Beta finishes and they fix all known problems with the update, typing in caps and sounding like a 11 year old isn't going to help.

 

maybe he is a 11 year old, anyways, the month still didn't end, they sayd they would like to release the update in the days 26 - 27 or 28, but August still has 5 more days until September.

 

To me, I think that if they promised to release it in August, they would have to no matter what.

 

"they would have to no matter what." That's a very strong opinion, and I'm really curious about it. I'd really like to know why you think that this would "have to" happen, "no matter what." Let's say that a major issue is found, or that a hundred issues are found, and that the issues can't be fixed that fast. Should the update be released with all of those unfixed issues? Also, what would compel anyone to release an update before they were ready to do so, as you imply with your "have to" statement. I don't get what you are thinking. Help me out, here, please.

 

the thing is that they thought they could have it finished for august. They obviously werent expecting to run into the sort of issues they did and are working as hard as they can to get it out as soon as possible. People like Lotem are on vacation and he is taking time out of his holidays just to try and fix bugs that have come up with the new systems in place. Give them a break they're doin their best.
