Used Two Skill Points And Didnt Recieve Anything

I've recently and still streaming rn 10:29 I used two Skill Points into Defence and it was at 64 Before and still is after I used two skill points on it. Very confused would like some help.

Because items can only be in stacks of 64 it shows that you only have 64 skill points in it. But if you mouse over the skillpoint it should show that you have 66 defense skill points.

 

I don't think the book updates after you pass 64
Because 64 is the max number you can get in a stack. Try hovering over and reading it instead
