Reaction/Discussion Soul Points (again)

I know alot of people have been expressing how much they dislike or flat out hate the new soul point system. I hate it too. I just feel if there is a chance you get stuck somewhere and you have to /kill it isn't fair to have to loose some stuff because of a glitch or getting stuck because you.... Teleported into redstone Teleported into the barriers above hive Got glitched into many different places etc. I guess you could keep the system just don't loose anything when you are at max soul points. That was my opinion about a gameplay idea on the Internet. Thanks for reading also if you dislike or straight out dispose the new system let your status bar know.

I think that you should actually try the system before you hate it, you might find it better than you thought. I've never really *hated* the system but I was a bit uneasy because of it, but now that I've actually tried it it's not as bad as everyone thinks it'll be. Again, before you complain about something, experience that something first.

 

Maybe you were lucky and you didnt loose anything yet. You wont say the same when you loose your mythic weapon or armor

 

I've tried and I hate it even more than I did before I tried it. What now?

 

Nah, that won't happen considering I never die in Wynn unless I do /kill which I'll never do again anymore and you can't lose any legendaries or mythics until 5 SP, besides, I never get mythics <3

Well I'm sorry that I can't afford to buy the best gear in the game for an end game build that won't die. It's not my fault I'm not rich, I'm level 91 and I'm still using Ethereal and a bunch of unique armor and there's nothing I can do about it.

 

You don't need endgame gear to live? Lol

 

Maybe so, but when you can't afford the good armour and you're a squishy water/air/thunder mage, you're gonna die a lot because you can't afford stuff with good health.

Hey, I've lost twice that much before and I still defend the things that caused it, 'cause it was partially my fault. Same if you die.

I personally think that while some people don't mind it, it's not a good thing. Nobody seems to like it it's always "not as bad as they thought" or "doesn't affect me that much". I think it would make the game a lot harder for when your starting, when you're not very good at the game if you loose items when you die it would be very discouraging. It doesn't seem to add much to the game and no one seems to actually want it or think it's a good thing. Also it is very easy to glitch into places where your only option is/kill.
