Minecraft Eula

Isn't wynncraft non-compliant with the EULA as XP Bombs and shouts cost gold coins and you buy gold coins with real money. You can't get XP bombs or shouts without spending real money, but anyway maybe it is compliant with the EULA but someone has to explain to me.

 

Shouts give no advantage to players and xp bombs benefit the whole server.

It would be non compliant if say, pets could fight and xp bombs only affected the user.

 

Kk got it. But what about item bombs?

 

Item bombs actually give no items to the person who throws them, they are purely for the benefit of other people.

 

The items from an item bomb can't be picked up by the thrower.

 

Doesn't that TECHNICALLY break the eula then, since it's not for every player? c:<

 

Wynncraft is still up right?

It is to prevent thowers from going to a difficult location to grind of items from bombs.

 

Only things that I could see Wynncraft "breaking" EULA is the fact that VIP and VIP+ have more classes, and can ride other players. Pretty much it. XP Bombs affect everyone so that isn't really EULA breaking.

 

And tbh I'm ok with the ability to have more classes. If someone puts in both real money and a lot of effort to make use of those classes, they deserve it.

 

Of course, its not that game changing. Regular players still get to enjoy all the classes.

 

They're just reskins in a different class slot.

 

Not the reskins, the extra character slots. The reskins are purely cosmetic.
