Bug Killing Key Guard Too Fast Sometimes Causes Two To Spawn

I came across a bug where if you are fighting a key holder for a dungeon at tier 3, 2 or 1 before they drop the key they will duplicate key holders.

For instance. Killing a key holder at tier 3 quickly can cause 2 tier 2, etc.
