You do know that the values aren't weighted right? The bonus points from Blue Mask range from 5 to 20, meaning the average number of points in each stat is 12.5, so an actual average Blue Mask would be 62-63 total points, not 75

Before gavel, average was defined as the middle of ids, but since gavel, the id range is .3-1.3 (or was it .2? Idc) instead of .7-1.3.
Tldr, the average of the range doesnt necessarily imply a neutral indicator when it comes to stats. A no-reduction, no increase blue mask, defined as the average for sake of trading and by the community in general, would be therefore 75 sp.

Average is the middle number in a set of numbers, if you added all possible skill points in one skill(5, 6, 7, etc) then divided by 16, you would get 12.5, not 15

 

I said the stats considered base are considered average by most, rather than the actual average. The actual average is actually a negative indicator on the base, and thus not very good.

And what you said "basically" doesn't explain why you don't understand that, rather simple, concept.

 

base value =/= equal average stats. otherwise if the base was 15, i have 8 intelligence on mine. therefore it has below normal stats? also, getting average/above average is on ALL stats is very difficult. Good luck with that. I've pulled 5 different blue masks, and none of the have average stats on all/above average on all. (75 is a lot. My average is 60. 75 is my highest, ever. This is a pretty top of the range blue mask, just shame on the intelligence)
