    welp anybody have any ideas? I put the coords in there for you guys. He is behind a house in the sky islands, and his shop is empty. Probably just an unfinished thing, and he kind of reminds me of the armor merchant selling black armor behind almuj. Kind of a hidden armor merchant kind of thing.

    has been posted numerous times since gavel was added.
    this merchant was added after they thought of adding the snail set but before they decided to make it drop only (that's my theory)

    Yes pretty sure that's a giant snail which is why we assume its for snail armor
