Thunder works good with fire, so use Demons will, Nethers reach and nethers scar
Also I think the hive thunder pants would be pretty good because they have +20% thunder damage (if I remember correctly)

I have an end game Az build, but Its a secret since I don't want any ppl abusing it (no it does not use a bug or + tier or any other glitch).

But I can tell you about some good thunder gear.

Helmet: Spectre, Its good. Spell damage and thunder damage. U just can't say no to that. I would recommend using spectre if you want spell damage and thunder damage.
Chestplate: This one is hard, u could use the hive chest plate u can buy in the hive that is lvl 100. But meh, I would rather use Gales freedom or maybe a rare of some kind. Libra is kind of out of the question since it requires a stupidly large amount of skill points to use, and that is only really useful if you use a blue mask.
You could use Soul signal, but I don't like it, especially if you are using an Az, since it won't make much of a difference in damage since Az does different damage all the time.
Pants: Just like @Endertricity said, the static-charged leggings. They give 20% thunder and if used right can be pretty OP. They have no powder slots, but I think most people that use a thunder build can live without powders on their pants.
I can also recommend using the leggings of desolation. They give some nice poison, life steal, spell damage % and thunder damage. But personally I don't like them xD.
At later lvls you can use Vaward.
For boots: Memento, Thunderous step, Sodeta (if you don't have memento), mesosphere and a lot of others. There are a lot of good boots for a thunder build.

With all of that said I would use: Spectre, gales freedom (because why not?), Vaward or Static-charged leggings, and sodeta or memento.
The reson for sodeta is because 1. most people either don't or can afford good mementos 2. because my sodetas are 3/4 mana 26% spell damage, so they are really nice.

I hope this helps a bit, and sorry if it got a bit messy :)
