Guide How To Kill The Corrupter Of Worlds!

Note: I made this thread because I'm bored and I thought it would be helpful.

First off, you'll need to equip yourself:
-Try to get the highest stats possible.
I'd recommend using Montefiore as it gives a ton of health and health regen. Try to get a bit of mana regen too.
-Get fire or air weapons.
Because these are CoW's weakness, you might want to use them to do a ton of damage.
Use Sunrise, Steam Vent, Heatwind or Leikkuri.

Then, you need a strategy.
-That really depends on what you wanna do, but I'd recommend trying to get it stuck and spam spells. You can also go full tanky and try to melee with a slow weapon so you get high knockback to compensate for CoW's high speed.
If you use spells, you should use Smoke bomb, Meteor, War Scream and Arrow bomb.

So yea, if you follow these steps killing CoW is ez pz.
Don't forget to complete the quest with dxp tho ;D

 

Or just stand behind the bush near the portal and camp him where he can't hit you.

CoW might get a buff with the coming update, but still a useful guide.

 

You didn't even have to hoard them BEFORE the update, personally I only hoard the drops from Bob and Death, almost at 40 from Death because boredom ._.

 

i just stood on a 3 block tall wall on the side of the cave then got his attention via bomb arrow then just arrow stormed him to death

Ah, I see. I can't even go near death cuz I am a total noob at getting a good build and executing it even properly haha

 

You can also get him stuck in the bushes, that's how i beat him.

You could also be a Warrior.
Being a Warrior helps.

no seriously i solo'd him as a warrior without any trouble, did use a few health pots though
