Not Being Able To Join A World After Doing /hub

Every single time a do /hub and try to join any world it loads me into the void and i just stay there and then my game freezes up and boots me out with the message "Timed Out". at first this wasn't a problem up until i got into Guild wars. Since every time you initiate a Guild war it boots you into a copy paste world of what you were in (i.e if you initiate a guild war in Maltic plains it boots you into a Maltic plains copy) and then this causes the same glitch/bug that happens when i try to join a World after /hub. Please help me i've tried everything ;-;

 

Try refreshing, reloading Minecraft.
