not if your using a weapon that has spell damage % (YEP, YOU GUESSED IT, I'm using a pure)

 

That doesn't change the fact that % spell is added BEFORE raw spell and is one of the reasons pure is a terrible wand… Anyway I'm done ranting.

I'm pretty sure thats not true as the buffs on pure are added only when holding

Of course the buffs of pure are added only when holding. .-. The spell damage % is added to your base damage. The raw spell has nothing to do with it. As I said before I'm done ranting. :)

Spell damage does count on a third eye, I could sell a 4/4 30 spell one for 25 le, while my 4/4 126 COULD potentially sell for 1.5 stacks. That's all I have to say here.

 

The point is that there are still people who think raw spell damage lets you do 15k damage with meteor.
