Mage/Dark Wizard Help Multi-element Build

So with the new update coming around and cacti builds being destroyed, I can finally work on a build that might stand a chance in PvP and looks good compared to other builds, only problem is mine is a multi-element/ skill spread build so it kinda breaks the golden rule of never spread out your skills equally, so that's why I want your opinion on it.

Cascade
My main weapon is a Cascade (near max) and is what I want to be using seeing that I want to have the element spread used to it's fullest extent, and I didn't want Manablast because I don't want my armour wasted just so it can fire fast.

Blue Mask
So I want to choose Blue Mask as my helmet just to boost all the elements and points, no real thought here.

Libra
Libra is my chestplate for it's boost in both points and element damage to help out damage output on Cascade and also helps with hp.

Vaward
Same as Blue Mask, to boost mainly points but helps with other things and also hp.

Scorpio
Just to help out with damage output, the posion and thunder damage well makes up for the loss of water defense, earth and fire damage reduction.

Rings
I'm not exactly sure what the rings could be, im leaning towards Jester though just for the point gain.

Watch Bracelet
To increase the elemental damage of cascade.

Contrast
No real meaning behind this, just thought it would be good until I find a better suited one.

So this is my multi-elemental build, it does have a weakness of opponents that want to be qira 2.0 but it is very situational and usually does high damage output to most classes and mobs, please leave feedback so I can improve on it.

Blue mask libra leggings of desolation memento Suppresion clock ring clock bracelet clock necklace and Manablast cause fuq cascade

Who told you cacti builds will be useless? They are fixing afk builds not cactus lol...

 

The rings could be Prisms.

There's no end-all, super OP build for PvP
(Barring Cacti, because fuck Cacti)

Also, maybe try empire builder? It might actually be a good Rainbow wand in the new update.
Then again it might be shit so
