If u can see it's an old cyclone amulet which has 12 walkspeed instead of 10, It's actually not bad because a 2/4 stormy amulet went for 3 stacks i think

I've had a offer of 2.5 stacks a few months ago. but i rejected because it was a part of my speed set.

 

If this had 13% walk speed I would see it going for 5 stacks, but Ehwaz has 13% walk speed at max making it better in terms of walk speed.
